Nordic Audio Labs

Marketing & operations

Two stints at a small Finnish audio-hardware company — first as a technical assistant, then returning to build and run the marketing and international-operations machine. It was founded by Martin Kantola, who designed Amphion’s studio monitor line and whose microphones have been used by Björk and Bruce Swedien.

A six-person company, selling into six markets.

Systems

The production system behind the numbers

Also built and maintains the company’s production-tracking system in Power BI — synced via API from Fusion 360 into a live production queue for every unit, a component-level inventory tracker with automatic below-minimum alerts, and a per-order shipping and payment tracker. Below is the data model behind it: production orders, inventory movements, sales orders and the product table, related to each other rather than kept as a flat spreadsheet.
